• Remove out drive and check engine alignment
• Lubricate universal shaft and gimbal bearing
• Inspect all bellow and clamps for fit and tightness
• Torque gimbal ring clamp ring
• Grease all external fittings
• Inspect all external steering components for adj. Torque and leaks
• Inspect trim tabs for proper operation and tightness
• Check all zones for tightness
• Change out drive gear lube
• Remove prop and lube shaft re-torque propeller
• Check all engine mounting bolts for tightness
• Check all belts for proper adjustment
• Check all battery cable connections and battery mounting for security
• Check internal steering connection for tightness
• Check all fluid levels (power steering, drive trim, hyd. Tabs, battery water, fuel pump and water pump
• Change engine oil and filter
• Replace water separating fuel filter
• Check and adjust timing and carb per specification
• Check and adjust timing and carb per specification
• Check and adjust shift and throttle cables if necessary
• Visual inspection of general rigging, wire routing and clamping, etc.
• Inspection of complete exhaust system and silent choice if applicable
• Change transmission fluid and check filter screen if applicable
• Complete engine exhaust system-inspect for damage and deterioration, check all hose clamps for adequate tightness and check bolt tightness
• Change oil in seawater/fuel pump. Use only Quicksilver High Performance Gear Lube to refill pump
• Check supercharger gear lube and torque
• Change water pump impeller and gaskets, plus housing complete
• Compression test engine, replace spark plugs
• Check pulley bearings
• Replace thermostat and gasket and clean housing
• Pull distributor cap and clean
