• Remove out
drive and check engine alignment
• Lubricate universal shaft and gimbal bearing
• Inspect all bellow and clamps for fit
and tightness
• Torque gimbal ring clamp ring
• Grease all external fittings
• Inspect all external steering components
for adj. Torque and leaks
• Inspect trim tabs for proper operation
and tightness
• Check all zones for tightness
• Change out drive gear lube
• Remove prop and lube shaft re-torque

plus housing complete
• Compression test engine, replace spark
plugs
• Check pulley bearings
• Replace thermostat and gasket and clean
housing
